1. Who We Are
BLACKSITE GRC ("we", "us") operates standin.borisov.network (this marketing and waitlist site) and demo.borisov.network (the live product demo). We are the data controller for personal data collected through these properties.
2. Data We Collect
Waitlist form — when you join the waitlist we collect: name, work email, company/organization, intended plan, and a free-text description of your use case. We also record your IP address and the timestamp of submission for fraud prevention and to comply with applicable law.
Demo site — when you access the demo your IP address is logged for security purposes and resolved to an approximate city and country via ipwho.is. Your demo session and all data you enter are automatically and permanently deleted after one hour of inactivity. We do not retain any demo session data beyond that window.
3. How We Use It
- To contact you when early access opens (waitlist only)
- To understand demand by pricing tier and use case (aggregate analytics)
- To prevent abuse and unauthorized access (IP logging)
- To comply with our legal obligations
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
For waitlist data: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — communicating with prospective business customers about a B2B product. For IP logging: legitimate interests — security and fraud prevention. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time by contacting us.

6. Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third-party service we use is ipwho.is for IP geolocation, which receives only the requesting IP address and is not provided any other data. This site does not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or advertising networks.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion — ask us to erase your data
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved

8. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. California residents may request disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, or request deletion, by contacting us at the address above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights.
9. Cookies
This marketing site (standin.borisov.network) does not use cookies.
The demo site (demo.borisov.network) sets a single strictly-necessary
session cookie (bsv_demo_sid) to maintain your isolated demo environment.
No tracking or advertising cookies are used on either property.
10. Children's Privacy
These services are intended for professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
